The Personnel Placement department is looking to help link ROH related projects with those that God is calling to serve. It may be God is calling you to work with children in crisis, or perhaps He has put a specific country on your mind and you want to know what WEC/ROH is doing there. Prayer is foundational in Rainbows of Hope. The Prayer Department is involved with many different activities with the purpose of promoting prayer for children at risk / in crisis all around the world. Our monthly Prayer Bulletin gives you detailed and up-to-date information about the ministries ROH is involved in. Our Finance Department handles gifts given to our ministries that are reaching children at risk/in crisis. We ensure that gifts designated for a specific field or ministry goes to where the donor specified. This department is developing:

• basic Crisis Care training for candidate missionaries before they arrive on the field
• on-the-job training
• specialized training where requested
• the quarterly Barnabas Training Letter
